This website “neurologicalnetworks.com” (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Neurological Networks Pty Ltd(“Neurological Networks,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms and Conditions on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms and Conditions, as modified.
Neurological Networks runs short, non-award courses with no accreditation attached — no exams are held at the end of the training to provide any form of certification.

Neurological Networks make every effort to ensure that all the information and content on our website and in our courses and course materials is accurate and kept up-to-date. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or currency of the materials or information provided by us.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, included but not limited towarranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site or any of its functions will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
The courses and course materials and information that we provide do not purport to constitute professional advice. We do not give any warranties or make representations regarding the use of the Site or the course materials on this Site or on third party sites in terms of accuracy or reliability.

You acknowledge that you participate in any course offered by us having first acknowledged and agreed to the terms of the disclaimer set out above.
You further acknowledge that any course offered by us will not lead to any formal accreditation, certification or qualification and may not be recognised as prior learning with respect to any other accreditation, certification or qualification.
You acknowledge and agree that you release us and each of our directors, officeholders, employees and contractors from all and any claims that you may otherwise have against us in respect of any information, course or course materials that may be provided to you.
You waive any right to make any claim against us or any of our directors, officeholders, employees or contractors in respect of any information, course or course materials that may be provided to you or upon which you may otherwise have relied.
You agree not to commence any proceedings or take any action to enforce or maintain any claim against us or any of our directors, officeholders, employees and contractors and you agree to indemnify us and each of our directors, officeholders, employees and contractors against any claims, liability, loss or costs arising from any breach by you of this agreement.
Claim means any claim, action, proceeding or entitlement whether past, present or future whether known or unknown which you or any other person has or might have under or arising out of or in any way connected to a contract or other arrangement with us.

This Site and all the course materials available on the Site are the property of Neurological Networks and/or our affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use the Site or the course materials available on the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorised by us. More specifically, unless expressly authorised you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Site. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain and display all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Fees and charges
Payment is required in advance.We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the purchase price of the course you apply for, or product or service you order, as advertised on the Site at the time of your application or order.
We may vary prices for courses, products and services from time to time without notice.
Payment methods
We accept the following methods for the payment of amounts payable to us in respect of courses, products and services through the PayPal payment gateway.
If we are unable to successfully process your card paymentor obtain payment pursuant to a cheque or money orderor receive payment by electronic bank transfer then we may cancel your order or application and we will endeavour to notify you.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Requests for refunds and exchanges will be dealt with in accordance with our Refund and Exchange Policy at https://neurologicalnetworks.com/store/returns-and-refund-policy
We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel a course, product or service at any time and for any reason and notify you of the withdrawal or cancellation as soon as possible. You will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid if Neurological Networks cancels the nominated course before you have logged in to access the course or received any course materials. This will incur no administrative charges or penalties.
No refund of fees or release from financial commitment will be granted for non-completion of studies.
Course Expiry & Access
You can continue to access your course online as long as:
- the course remains active on our website;
- the course is not currently being reviewed or improved;
- you have logged in at least once in the previous 12 months; AND
- you have paid your account in full.
Access to course upgrades will be at our discretion.
Links to Third Party Sites
Throughout the Site, we may provide links to internet sites maintained by third parties. This does not imply an endorsement or sponsorship of such sites, or the information, products or services offered on or through the sites. In addition, neither Neurological Networks nor our affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services that third parties may provide on or through the Site or on websites linked to by us on the Site.
Online Commerce
Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase many different types of products and services online that are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or any other aspect of these products and services. For more information regarding a third party merchant, its online store, its privacy policies, and/or any additional terms and conditions that may apply, visit that merchant’s website and click on its information links or contact the merchant directly. You release us and our affiliates from any damages that you incur, and agree not to assert any claims against us or them, arising from your purchase or use of any products or services made available by third parties through the Site. You agree that COMPANY shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or other matters of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings.
Interactive Features
This Site may include a variety of features, such as bulletin boards, web logs, chat rooms, Live training, Live Q&A sessions and Live lectures,and email services, which allow feedback to us and real-time interaction between users, and other features which allow users to communicate with others. It is a condition of your use of the Site that you comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
