Yes. The courses are all built around objective principles that apply to all people regardless of their current state. Objectivity is a reference that is true for everybody, and the basis of each course is to simply optimize the human potential that is there for all people. Everybody has objective references, like the genes turn you from two cells into being a whole human being. No one had to teach you how to develop in the womb or how your finger to heal a paper cut: these are objective experiences that apply to humans in general.
Some people appear to be naturally gifted in strength, while others seem to be blessed with robust immune systems, etc. Neurological Networks courses teach you to train neural pathways in the respective field that the course is taught (like immune health, fitness, or respiratory system) so that you can operate in a naturally efficient way.
The Immune Boost course trains the immune system how to work objectively. By working on objective principles from the base up, you bolster your resilience to all subjective references. For example, although your emotional issues, which are subjective, can still affect your immune system, while if your base immune response is strong, you can experience the subjective emotional influences as a light rain instead of a cyclone.
These protocols can be done by anyone, at any age, including children. In fact, some of the immune-related protocols may be most beneficial in children to build resilience from a young age. Instead of dealing with chronic parasites into adulthood, for example, strengthening their system at a young age will prevent them from dealing with chronic health issues later in life.Back to top
Absolutely not! The courses are specifically designed to help you achieve the goals without prior understanding or background in the field. The protocols are taught in a video format and come with quick reference, guided images and explanations to continue your practice.
Andrew Verity will walk you through the course content to help you understand the how and why, but ultimately you don’t have to know why it works for it to work. The whole process works on creating new neural pathways to help you achieve the goals of each particular course.
Immune boost focuses on strengthening the foundational aspects of the immune system, namely, turning the immune system on, the liver organ and Kupffer cell system, viruses, spleen, and lung functions. Adaptive Immunity focuses on toxins and free radicals, fluids and the lymphatic system, bacteria, yeast, fungus, mould, spores, bone marrow, thymus, parasites, electromagnetic effects, and pain.
The new course, Neuro Dynamics, focuses on building strength in the lower body, upper body, and your core.
The Breathing Eazy course focuses on re-establishing proper and healthy breathing patterns and integrating the respiratory and immune systems. Andrew will be conducting live webinars and other experts will dive deeper into the theory. If you have questions from navigating the course content and how it applies to everyday life, here is the perfect place to ask.

Once you’re familiar with the course, you can use the quick reference to complete the Immune Boost and immune component of the Adaptive Immunity protocols in less than 15 minutes. The added targetted areas of Adaptive Immunity can be done in 1-2 minutes each. If you have a particular weakness, like mould sensitivity or lymphatic problems, you can do that minute or two protocol a couple of times per day. The more you do it, the deeper the neural pathway that you are creating.
With the Neuro Dynamics course, it’s slightly different since your protocols are integrated into a training session. You can find a combination that works for you, implementing the protocol during your session, adding 15-20 minutes to your daily workout.Back to top
Yes, you can. You can also chop and change aspects of courses since they do all have a degree of overlap. For example, the Breath Eazy course has a section that teaches you to integrate the respiratory and immune systems, which is related to the two immune-related courses. Resetting the respiratory system (the other part of the Breath Eazy course) would be a valuable neural pathway to cultivate when it comes to fitness training, too (the Neuro Dynamics course). So overall, they all benefit one another.
Once you watch the initial protocol video once or twice, you should be able to do the protocol using only the quick reference image chart. The whole process for each course should only take about 15 minutes to do. So depending on your goals and how much time you have, you can do more than one course at a time.Back to top
Neurologically speaking, it takes 90 days to form a new habit. A habit is essentially a deeply formed neurological pathway that will remain in your neurology for the rest of your life. Therefore, if you practice the course protocols regularly for 90 days, your brain will permanently hold that neurological habit.
If you follow a protocol 4-7 times per week, for 90 days, it will form a new neural pathway. However, this is not always possible or necessarily needed. Every time you practice one of the protocols, you are balancing out some aspect or weakness in your neurology. This occurs whether you have a new neural pathway there or not.
You can also use the protocols during acute challenges. The Immune Boost and Adaptive Immunity protocols are ideal to help recuperate from pathogens more quickly. The Neuro Dynamics protocols can help you activate the neurology of your muscles for improved performance right before a competition.
Introducing the various Protocol Challenge Cards can help you focus and strengthen the effect on more specific areas of your neurology. If you have a particular weakness, you may want to perform the protocols in the relevant area (for example, mould) multiple times per day, for a longer period of time, using a variety of card combinations.
Neural pathways can continuously be reinforced more profoundly and in more elaborate ways, which is why the Frequency Cards are so profound. You will have unconscious competence after 90 days, but you can always create new, more elaborate references for your body to respond to a challenge.Back to top
Although the benefits are objectively going to benefit anyone who practices the protocols, the results will always be subjective to your own human experience.
Depending on which course you do, the effects can be more pronounced or more subtle. For example, you can witness the results for a strength-based Neuro Dynamics course immediately by putting your strength to the test. This was how Andrew Verity first began to understand the principles and power of this work: with immediate and tangible results.
When it comes to the immune-based courses, the effects are no less objective, but since our health is only ever really grasped in relation to illness-- the tangible nature of its impact on your body will depend on your current status of health and how regularly you experience the immune-related problems.
For example, someone who experiences severe mould problems becomes extremely attuned to their sensitivity to mould and all the health-related symptoms associated with their sensitivity. This type of person would notice tangible results since their daily life is so affected by their compromised immune system. Someone who is “generally healthy” will notice a less obvious impact, yet the protocols are working to bolster their system nonetheless.
During the live webinars, Andrew will teach you how to elicit a nervous system response to objectively see how the course content affects your body’s various systems.Back to top
The live webinars are easily managed through your Neurological Networks account dashboard once you log in. They are hosted by Andrew Verity and other experts in the field and will dive deeper into the topics of the courses. They will cover any questions you have and submit and tips to take the work deeper, including actionable tools to support your relevant goals outside of the course. Andrew and his colleagues will share decades of experience, helping you navigate the courses’ objective principles and giving you more subjective advice about your personal experiences and problems.Back to top
The first-ever designed course that Robert and Andrew worked on (the Breathing Eazy course) was initially done as a live course. Live classes, however, limited the capacity of students per session and limited the courses themselves to the areas in which Andrew and Robert were teaching them (in Australia). Taking the courses online enables anyone to learn the techniques for themselves, and the facilitator license allows teachers to spread the knowledge in-person learning environment around the whole world.
The live portal and webinars offer a unique opportunity to connect directly with the course creators, ask questions, and interact in a real-time setting. The aim of the live webinars is to capture the essence of an in person course as much as possible, while still offering it to as many people as possible.Back to top
The facilitator portal works similarly to the course portal, but the material delves deeper into the theory and facilitators are also provided with access to images and course material to print out.
The course is still self-study, and practitioners can seek mentorship and guidance through the live webinars held by Andrew and his colleagues.
Whether you already have an established student base through another modality or are looking to start a new career path, facilitating a Neurological Networks course live can offer a new income stream.Back to top
Yes. If you are interested in more of the theory and learning the course material from a facilitator’s point of view, the license is for you. Whether you are a yoga teacher, a functional medicine practitioner, a breathwork teacher, or don’t currently hold any teaching-related certification, you can facilitate a session with your audience to help them solve problems from a neurological point of view.
The various courses lend themselves to a vast audience since, ultimately, everything is related. A yoga studio may decide to include an immune-boosting class per week on the schedule, or a practitioner could run private sessions from their home or even online. Whatever suits your business model.Back to top
