Returns and Refund Policy
All products and services purchased from Neurological Networks are automatically covered by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES - UNUSED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Changed your mind? That's fine. We will accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products providing that we receive your return request in writing within 10 days of the purchase date.
To return a product, please contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We'll advise the best address for you to send the products to. Pack and seal the item/s carefully and post them back to us. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES - ONLINE COURSES
Similarly, if you have purchased an online training course but have not logged into the course you may advise us of your return request in writing within 30 days of the purchase date. Provided we receive all hard copy course materials and equipment in their UNOPENED and UNUSED condition we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only refund or exchange products if they are defective or damaged. We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail.
We ask that your return the item, once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your replacement or exchange request.
If you are unhappy with any service provided by us please let us know within 7 days of receiving the service.
To return your product, we'll advise the best address for you to send the products to. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be added to your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are posting an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing insurance.
